Mummy Djehutymose visits Wandering Educators and goes aflutter

The spirit of Mummy Djehutymose still lingers around his empty coffin at the Kelsey Museum of Archeology in Ann Arbor, Michigan...at least that's what he cheerfully tells followers of his Facebook page...and followers of his Twitter feed learned that he experienced a little extra excitement earlier this week as my story about him and his museum went up as a guest post at the Wandering Educators site.

Mummy Djehutymose seemed to like the story as he logged onto Twitter and said "You honor me with this great article," and confided to his Twitter followers that "My ba is fluttering with excitement all around my coffin!"

Well, I'm glad he liked the story and shared his appreciation for it online!

Check out my wintertime lighthouse images at Wandering Educators

I love sharing my memories and images of Great Lakes lighthouses here at Midwest Guest.

It's a real thrill for me to also be able to share some of those memories with readers of Wandering Educators as that site hosts a collection of images from some of our wintertime visits to Lake Michigan lighthouses.

I especially enjoyed seeing the title "slide" Jessie created for the piece using one of my images of the lighthouse at Grand Haven, Michigan.

Jessie Voigt's byline should be familiar to regular Midwest Guest readers through her numerous guest posts here about her family's adventures around the Midwest.
