We recently spent a couple of hours at the Toledo Botanical Garden in northern Ohio because we knew that the Dahlia Show Garden was still in bloom and thought we might get a few decent images of the flowers before the end of this past summer's gardening season.
We visited the garden around the same time of year in 2015 and knew the garden offers plenty of opportunities for photographers in particular...and the show garden did not disappoint us this year, either.
The TBG has sixty-plus acres of display gardens, plant collections and trails to explore. The dahlia garden is close to the garden's entrance, so we were able to use our handicapped parking pass to park quite close to the garden itself near a small row of club houses and shops.
