I read the interviews with travel writers featured at the Travel Writing 2.0 Blog to learn how others got their start in travel writing and to gain inspiration from their successes in the travel writing world, but I never envisioned myself as the subject of one of those interviews...
...until the Travel Writing 2.0 featured me as an interview subject earlier this month!
I talked with the site's Terri Marshall about how I got started as a travel writer, my prior experience as a business writer for local newspapers and why I like specializing in covering stories here in the Midwest.
Travel Writing 2.0 offers advice and interviews with travel writers from around the globe about subjects like freelancing, blogging, publishing on the web and publishing books in the ever-changing digital age.
