Did you know that Midwest Guest publishes an email newsletter every other month?
A lot of stories and news releases pass through my email inboxes every week. Many of them are previews of upcoming events that sound interesting or follow-up information about stories I've already covered here in the blog. Sometimes I receive event calendars, links to visitors' guides or other information that I think my readers may enjoy exploring on their own.
The newsletter also includes a little information about our most recent travels, links to where you might be able to see one of my stories online beyond the Midwest Guest blog and a link or two to stories I particularly enjoyed doing here at Midwest Guest.
The newsletter is a little lagniappe, if you will, where I can share a few things that just don't really fit into Midwest Guest as a full story.
