This post marks the return of Photo Friday here at Midwest Guest.
I always liked doing Photo Friday posts as they gave me a chance to share an extra photo or two that might not fit into a regular story for some reason or post an image as a bit of a preview of upcoming stories.
This month finds Tim and I traveling a bit more than we have in recent months, so I have a lot of stories I'll be posting during the months to come about trips to places like Fort Wayne, Indiana, Grand Rapids, Ohio and the Lake Erie Shores and Islands region in Ohio once we unpack our bags!
I'll try to continue posting Photo Friday images here now and then through this summer as we travel.
Meanwhile, here's an image I took when we visited Ohio's Put-in-Bay last year and toured this pretty lighthouse near the Miller Ferries dock where we arrived at Put-in-Bay on South Bass Island.
