True Honolulu-blue Detroit Lions' fans are an amazingly loyal and resilient bunch of folks. They have to be. Their football team last won a NFL national championship in 1957!
Today, I'm sharing a little something special that I saved back from our trip earlier this summer to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
The museum has a lot of cool interactive displays that allow football fans to immerse themselves in the football experience, including a kiosk where fans can design their own championship rings.
I spotted this display and immediately knew what I had to do.
I ignored the oh-so-knowing smiles of several folks passing by, I visualized victory for the team, and I created my own version of a Lions' championship ring!

Thanks to the Canton-Stark County Convention & Visitors Bureau for their assistance with planning our recent visit to Canton and arranging for comped media passes to the museum.
What a fun idea! And I like the ring you created. :)
