love this!! we also search out hot dog places when we travel - and we LOVE house of doggs!

i recommend one stop coney shop in grand rapids, MI (love the owners, and they have both detroit and flint style), as well as hot doug's in chicago (although he has unusual hot dogs, and also duck fat fries on the weekend). YUM!!!

Scott

Thumbs up to House of Doggs - and I love that the web site has music associated with the different kinds of hot dogs.

If you're a hot dog lover, try Hot Doug's in Chicago - they have some truly amazing hot dogs and sausages, and the lines to prove it.

Thanks for stopping by Scott and Jessie!

Now I -know- I will have to hit House of Dogg next time we're in Traverse City! Hopefully I'll be able to get to Chicago and try Hot Doug's one of these days as well.

Thanks again to Matt for sharing this story with us.
