Midwest Guest reaches a big milestone today as I
celebrate its first anniversary.
I originally started my Midwest travel blog with
little idea of what to expect. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, but it’s
also been a lot of fun along the way.
We just returned from our week in Chicago—several days
devoted to the BlogHer conference and our travelblogging TBEX session, and
several more days just seeing the city—so the real celebration will have to
wait until I finish unpacking and catching up with things like mail, laundry,
organizing my Chicago photos and writing new stories for Midwest Guest.
Besides, I’m thinking a 13-month celebration has a
real lucky sound to it.
